What We Collect

We may collect personal information including name, email address, home address, phone number, membership details, event registrations, competition entries and feedback. We only collect information reasonably necessary for our activities as a not-for-profit organisation.

Surveys

We may conduct surveys to gather feedback, assess community needs, improve programs, and support funding or grant applications. Participation in surveys is voluntary unless otherwise stated. Surveys may collect contact details, feedback, and optional demographic information. Where possible, surveys are anonymous. If identifying information is collected, we will explain why it is needed and how it will be used. Identifiable responses will not be published without consent.
